MBM computer school is a division of modern business machines Nigeria Limited. the school was established in 1996 with the sole aim of bridging the gap in information technology training that hirtherto existed in the industry.

MBM computer school has carved out an exclusive niche for itself , with a humble begining having empty lecture rooms in january 1996, today close to 5,700 students have completed various training programmes. We have also had a large number of trainees sponsored by our corporate clients like nigerian union of journalists(Lagos chapter), leaders and company, publishers of thisday newspaper as well as the foriegn affairs ministry to mention a few.

MBM computer school has experienced instructors and dedicated staff, to guide students through the use of the computers and various software packages. We provide a comfortable environment and practical, hands on exposure for each student with modern teaching and learning aids, we have always laid more emphasis on practical training. We have a 60KVA standby generator to ensure power supply at all times.

Our courses have been carfully designed to provide comprehensive practical knowledge for computer users to meet todays challenges in computing, pre-knowledge of computers science is not necessary to get started. All levels of ability are catered for, from beginners up to advanced users.the courses also introduce the concepts and rudiments that are essential for a basic understanding of the areas they aim to cover.

Mode of operation

We run three regular sessions, morning, afternoon and evening. These sessions can be flexible to meet the needs of busy executives who may want to attend at their own convinience. special provisions are also made for weekend programmes. registration for admission into any of these sessions will be by completion of the admission form and payment of the tuition fees for the course being applied for. A satisfactory level of performance in an aptitude test may be required for the one year programme.
